Daniela Soto has a degree in food engineering from Tec de Monterrey (Monterrey, Mexico). She currently works as a food applications specialist at HPP at Hiperbaric (Miami, USA) and joined in September 2023. She has 3 years of experience in research and the food industry, focusing on emerging technologies as well as different matrices, especially in legumes, meat and juices. She has been involved in the IFT where she was a finalist in two competitions organized by the institution.
