Roberto Peregrina is the US Executive Director of Hiperbaric, the world leader in High Pressure Processing (HPP) equipment for the food industry.
As an Industrial Engineer, Roberto has dedicated the last 20 years to gaining international experience in the fields of HPP and food manufacturing, both in the public and private sectors. During this time, he has held various roles, including management, operations and consulting.
Prior to joining Hiperbaric, Roberto was CEO of Fressure Foods Limited, a food manufacturing plant with HPP technology in New Zealand.
